We are proud to present “Creative Art Energizing Workshops.” These workshops are offered for the small and large corporation to increase sales, production and more profits.

With so much stress people have developed blockages in their minds, bodies and spirits. This program we will assist to re-energize and release blockages. The success of the creative art therapy will be to move on for better performance.

Through our safe non threatening workshops we create new energies. There will be no judging or critiquing of any art produced. Each participant’s art work will become as original and as unique as they are. Creative art is paper, water, paint or products of nature with the unrestricted flow of images and colours that will bring healing and insights. In creating their own art there are no mistakes.

The reward from creative art workshops is recognizing the importance of our lives, our feelings, how we respond, how we hold ourselves to the truth and how we allow our expressions to come forth.

Please note that there are no requirements to be an inspired, educated or a gifted artist.

Laughter Therapy Workshops:

Since 2000 we have been successfully offering “Laughter Therapy Workshops” in the work place with excellent results. We create sessions full of surprises, fun and teambuilding. The formula for stress relief is giggles and belly laughs.

As our “Laughter Therapy Workshops” grew, we identified that there is a greater need for stress relief in all walks of life. Who do you know who isn’t stressed? We offer speakers who are “Professional Laughter Therapists” for conferences, corporate and special interest groups.

Bookie Bell is our most requested speaker. Her talks are incomparable because of the props she uses. Her interaction with the listeners is unique, resulting in full audience participation.
